TownSquare is based in Victoria, British Columbia and delivers services under the leadership of Jennifer Kay, a full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and a Registered Professional Planner.  Jennifer brings strategic thinking and a collaborative planning approach to every project, with a record of positive results through strengths in communication, consultation and project management.

With over 25 years of practice, and deep working relationships with professionals in all disciplines and sectors involved in the city-building process, TownSquare is ready to offer strategic direction on planning projects, large and small.
