We acknowledge with respect and gratitude that we live and work within the traditional territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples and the Lək̓ʷəŋən Peoples, whose deep and enduring relationships with the land continue to this day. In particular, we recognize the Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum, and Pauquachin First Nations of the W̱SÁNEĆ Nation, and the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, whose territories encompass the areas now known as Saanich and Victoria.
